The letter calls for accountability from the Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD), Public Works Department (PWD), Delhi Jal Board (DJB), and other responsible entities. The aspirants are demanding urgent improvements in urban flooding management, disaster mitigation infrastructure, public safety measures, support for the affected families, and affordable library facilities.
