In a significant event highlighting the power of education, President Droupadi Murmu inaugurated key facilities at Mahayogi Gorakhnath University on Tuesday. She termed education as the strongest medium of empowerment, underscoring its potential to transform lives.
The inauguration included an academic block, auditorium, Panchakarma Centre, and the foundation laying of a girls' hostel. Murmu praised the hostel as a vital step towards women's education, drawing from her own experiences of overcoming educational obstacles in the past.
Murmu applauded the university's commitment to extend educational opportunities in eastern Uttar Pradesh, aligning with national values and ideals. She noted the institution's rapid development in four years, attributing this achievement to the support and vision of Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath.
