The inauguration included an academic block, auditorium, Panchakarma Centre, and the foundation laying of a girls' hostel. Murmu praised the hostel as a vital step towards women's education, drawing from her own experiences of overcoming educational obstacles in the past.

Murmu applauded the university's commitment to extend educational opportunities in eastern Uttar Pradesh, aligning with national values and ideals. She noted the institution's rapid development in four years, attributing this achievement to the support and vision of Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath.
