TÜV Rheinland Boosts India's Workforce Development with Strategic MoU
TÜV Rheinland has reiterated its commitment to India's industrial workforce transformation through a new MoU with the Generation India Foundation. This partnership will address skill gaps by utilizing the Generation Methodology for high-quality training programs, initially focusing on solar PV installer roles, and support Project AMBER 2.

TÜV Rheinland, a prominent global agency in testing and certification services, is solidifying its role in India's workforce transformation. During a visit by Group CEO Dr.-Ing. Michael Fübi, an MoU was signed between TÜV Rheinland India and the Generation India Foundation to address critical skill gaps in the country.
The agreement marks a strategic partnership utilizing the Generation Methodology, an efficient training approach to equip youth with job-ready skills in demand. Initial focus will be on solar PV installer roles, with an aim to empower socioeconomically disadvantaged backgrounds through industry-led training and international certification pathways.
This initiative also aligns with Project AMBER 2 under the Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana. Furthermore, Dr. Fübi's participation in the TIC Council Summit underscores India's significance as a growth hub, as TÜV Rheinland reaffirms its commitment to advance sustainable industry practices and workforce readiness globally.
