Bridging the Gap: RIAC Movement Redefines Academia-Industry Collaboration for Atmanirbhar Bharat

Gurugram's Global Risk Management Institute (GRMI) is orchestrating a pivotal event to boost India's strides toward becoming a developed nation by 2047. This initiative, 'Reimagining Industry Academic Convergence (RIAC)', scheduled for December 11-12, 2025, in Mumbai, seeks to unite educational institutions, industry leaders, and policymakers.

The event comes as youth unemployment surges, with a concerning 14.8% of 15-29 year-olds jobless, tripling the national average of 5.2%. RIAC aims to bridge these significant educational and employment gaps, especially in high-growth sectors like AI and renewable energy.

Founded by Subhashis Nath, GRMI leads in risk management education and is set to debate crucial reforms at RIAC that support India's 'Viksit Bharat' vision. Key discussions will address unemployment, corporate talent needs, and align academics with industry demands, all fostering sustainable growth.
