Agthia Group PJSC has collaborated with Bühler to launch Agthia Academy, a pioneering platform designed to furnish Emirati entrepreneurs and specialists with leading food manufacturing knowledge. The Academy's curriculum is focused on excellence in milling, baking, and production, aligning with the UAE's broader food security objectives.

This initiative is strategically timed with Agthia's participation in the Make it in the Emirates 2026 initiative, aiming to elevate skills across the food supply chain. Salmeen Alameri, Agthia Group's CEO, emphasized that the Academy is integral to crafting a competent local workforce, committed to operational excellence and innovation.
