Punjab's Curriculum Goes Patriotic: Patriotism Lessons in Schools

In a move aiming to instil national pride among students, the Punjab province government announced plans to include subjects on patriotism and the India-Pakistan conflict in its school curriculum.

Punjab Information Minister Azma Bokhari revealed that the initiative comes amid a backdrop of heightened tensions following last year's Pahalgam terror attack.

To further support this effort, films focusing on the intense four-day May conflict are in development, funded by the Punjab Film Fund, emphasizing the government's commitment to fostering a patriotic spirit.
