NSUI holds protest march in Jaipur against NEET paper leak

The National Students' Union of India (NSUI) held a protest march in Jaipur, demanding a ban on the National Testing Agency (NTA) and the resignation of Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan.

The National Students' Union of India (NSUI) on Wednesday held a protest march in Jaipur against the alleged NEET paper leak and corruption in the education system and demanded a ban on the National Testing Agency (NTA).

The NSUI members also demanded the resignation of Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan.

A large number of students and NSUI workers participated in the march organised from Gurjar Ki Thadi to Triveni Chouraha in the evening.

NSUI president Vinod Jakhar alleged that the NEET paper leak had affected the future of over 22 lakh students across the country.

He claimed that several students had come under severe mental stress and some had even lost their lives, while the government had failed to take strict action against the ''paper leak mafia''.

''This march is the voice of lakhs of students whose future is being affected due to negligence, paper leaks and arbitrary decisions imposed on students,'' Jakhar said.

The NSUI demanded a strict law against paper leaks and stringent action against those involved in such cases.
