Ranbir Kapoor Praises PM Modi's Charisma but Won't Join Politics
Bollywood actor Ranbir Kapoor commended Prime Minister Narendra Modi for his oratory skills and magnetic charm during a podcast with Zerodha co-founder Nikhil Kamath. However, Kapoor ruled out a political career for himself, citing his passion for the arts and lack of necessary skills for politics.
Bollywood star Ranbir Kapoor has lauded Prime Minister Narendra Modi for his exceptional oratory skills and magnetic charm while firmly ruling out any political ambitions.
The 'Animal' actor shared these thoughts during a podcast with Zerodha co-founder Nikhil Kamath on 'People by WTF.' Reflecting on his 2019 meeting with Modi, facilitated by a group of industry colleagues, Kapoor detailed the prime minister's personal touch during conversations.
'When I first met our prime minister four-five years ago with other young actors and directors, I was struck by his magnetic charm,' Kapoor noted, describing their meeting as an inspiring experience. Despite the admiration, Kapoor contended he lacks the skills and inclination necessary for a political career. 'I like the world of being an artist and creation,' he affirmed.
