Swades Foundation Opens Landmark Rs 10-Crore Zero Coupon Zero Principal Instrument on NSE SSE

Swades Foundation has announced the opening of its Rs 10 crore ZCZP (Zero Coupon Zero Principal) instrument for subscription on the NSE's Social Stock Exchange platform. The funds raised will support their various programs aimed at rural empowerment, health, hygiene, and youth education. The issue is open until August 13.

Swades Foundation, a non-profit organisation founded by Zarina and Ronnie Screwvala, has launched a Rs 10-crore Zero Coupon Zero Principal (ZCZP) instrument on the NSE's Social Stock Exchange (SSE) platform.

This marks the largest issue size by a non-profit organisation on this platform, with the subscription open online until August 13. Funds raised will back the foundation's initiatives in sustainable livelihoods, health, hygiene, and youth education.

Ashishkumar Chauhan, MD & CEO of NSE, highlighted the growing traction by NPOs for fundraising on the SSE platform. The ZCZP instruments are designed for donations, ensuring transparency and credibility for donors.
