Punjab's Health and Education Prioritization: A New Dawn

The Punjab government is putting top priority on health and education sectors, with significant upgrades to schools and hospitals, Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann announced on Thursday.

During a state-level event marking the martyrdom day of Karnail Singh Issru, Mann highlighted the advancements, citing new technologies in schools and enhanced hospital infrastructure to ensure quality healthcare services.

Quoting an official release, Mann stated that initiatives like 'Aam Aadmi Clinics' and 'Schools of Eminence' have significantly improved living conditions in Punjab. He also stressed that the government has adopted a stringent zero-tolerance policy against corruption, asserting that a crackdown on corrupt practices is well underway.

Remembering the sacrifices of freedom fighters, Mann celebrated the heroic role of Punjabis in the national freedom struggle. He honored Karnail Singh Issru as a hero of the Goa Liberation Movement, acknowledging his supreme sacrifice for the nation.
