Nag Ashwin’s 3D epic 'Kalki 2898 AD' is set to make its OTT debut on Prime Video on August 22, the streaming platform confirmed on Saturday.

The action-adventure film, featuring a stellar cast of Amitabh Bachchan, Deepika Padukone, Prabhas, and Kamal Haasan, will be available in multiple South Indian languages with English subtitles on Prime Video, according to a company statement.

Since its theatrical release on June 27, the film, which blends elements of the Mahabharata with science fiction, has grossed over Rs 1100 crore globally. Directed by Ashwin, famed for 'Yevade Subramanyam' and the National Award-winning 'Mahanati', the film aims to showcase India's rich mythology to a worldwide audience. The Hindi version will be available on Netflix.
