Eco Hotels and Resorts Expands Footprint in Sindhudurg
Eco Hotels and Resorts has signed an initial agreement to acquire three properties in Sindhudurg, Maharashtra, as part of its expansion plans. The new properties, totaling 94 rooms, will help the company reach its target of 500 rooms by December. The company aims for 5000 rooms operational within five years.

Eco-friendly hospitality firm Eco Hotels and Resorts has announced the signing of an initial agreement to acquire three new properties in Sindhudurg, Maharashtra, as a key part of its ambitious growth strategy.
The company revealed that by December, it aims to have 500 rooms across various properties, with the newly acquired 94-room properties playing a crucial role in hitting that target.
Eco Hotels & Resorts CEO Akash Bhatia emphasized that the company is proactively developing operational and marketing plans to ensure the swift opening of the new properties. Executive Chairman Vinod K Tripathi added that the company aims to have about 5000 rooms operational within the next five years to cater to India's rapidly expanding tourism industry.
Currently, Eco Hotels and Resorts boasts a capacity of more than 200 rooms and has seen a 4.99 per cent rise in its share price, trading at Rs 48.57 on the BSE.
