Actor Siddhant Chaturvedi has hailed Amitabh Bachchan as the 'biggest action hero' in the history of Hindi cinema. Using 1975's 'Deewar' as an example, Chaturvedi emphasized how Bachchan's characters fight with their eyes before their legs.
Speaking at the trailer launch of 'Yudhra', directed by Ravi Udyawar, Chaturvedi highlighted the depth of storytelling in action scenes as essential for his engagement in the genre. He noted that 'Yudhra' deviates from senseless action sequences and offers a story-driven experience.
'Yudhra', produced by Farhan Akhtar and Ritesh Sidhwani, features Malavika Mohanan in her Bollywood debut and Raghav Juyal as a villain. The film, likened to Shakespeare's 'Hamlet' in its revenge tragedy narrative, is set for release on September 20.
