Actor Govinda Injured in Accidental Gun Misfire

Actor Govinda, aged 60, was injured when his licensed revolver misfired at his Juhu residence. The incident occurred early Tuesday morning. He received treatment at Criticare hospital and has since returned home. The mishap happened just before he was to leave for a flight to Kolkata.

Actor Govinda sustained a leg injury early Tuesday when his licensed revolver accidentally misfired, according to police reports.

The incident took place around 4:45 am at his Juhu residence as he was preparing to depart. Govinda did not file a complaint regarding the mishap.

The 60-year-old actor was treated at Criticare hospital and has since returned home. His manager explained that the revolver fell while being stored in a cupboard, resulting in the accidental discharge.
