With a war room operation monitored by Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, the event was designed to ensure seamless crowd management and facilitate the month-long Kalpavas conclusion for around 10 lakh devotees.

The administration emphasized the need for attendees to adhere to traffic rules and utilize authorized parking, enhancing safety through real-time route management and increased shuttle services for easy access and egress.
