The transaction was registered in February 2025.

Bollywood actress Amrita Singh has made a significant real estate investment by buying a new residential apartment in the upscale locality of Juhu, Mumbai, for a reported Rs 18 crore, according to Square Yards.

Located in the prestigious Peninsula building of the Nutan Laxmi Cooperative Housing Society Ltd, the ready-to-move-in apartment boasts a built-up area of 252.04 square meters, equivalent to 2,712.9 square feet, and includes three dedicated parking spaces.

The transaction, verified through property registration documents, was completed and registered in February 2025. Amrita Singh is renowned for her roles in popular films such as Betaab and Chameli Ki Shaadi.
