This unique initiative serves as a precursor to the International Yoga Day 2025.
The BSF personnel from Madhopur engaged in a session focused on boosting physical and mental health through various yoga postures and breathing exercises. This precursory event was held near the serene Basantar river in the Ramgarh sector of Samba, aiming to advocate for a balanced and healthy lifestyle.
Officials highlighted the transformative impact of regular yoga practice on the BSF jawans, emphasizing enhanced physical strength, mental fortitude, and stress reduction, ultimately improving their service efficiency. A grand yoga program is scheduled at the Octroi Border Out Post in the R.S. Pura sector, Jammu.
