A delegation from the esteemed Gita Press presented three Odia language books to President Droupadi Murmu during a visit to the Circuit House on Tuesday. The notable meeting emphasized the importance of cultural literature.
Geeta Press manager Lalmani Tripathi explained that the delegation also presented a special edition of 'Kalyan', focusing on environmental subjects. President Murmu was interested in the books and lauded Gita Press's efforts in advancing the Odia language.
The meeting included esteemed trustees and members of Gita Press. A ceremonial dinner at Gorakhnath Temple on Monday night featured additional literary exchanges, highlighting the rich interaction between the press and the President.
