Both leaders have set an ambitious target to double bilateral trade within the next five years. Prime Minister Modi emphasized that India is not merely a partner but also a co-traveller in Ghana's development journey.
The talks led to the signing of four pacts covering various areas including cultural collaboration and traditional medicine. The nations also agreed to strengthen cooperation in defense and counter-terrorism efforts. Modi expressed gratitude for Ghana's support in countering terrorism and assured ongoing cooperation.
