The initiative capitalizes on both traditional and digital media to engage a wide audience. Minister of State for Information and Broadcasting, L Murugan, noted that the program utilizes Akashvani's existing in-house resources without incurring additional expenses.
Broadcasted first on October 3, 2014, the program finds its audience through All India Radio's live broadcasts and Doordarshan's regional and national telecasts. Besides, viewers can access it on DD Free Dish and multiple digital platforms such as YouTube, Facebook, and Prasar Bharati's OTT services. The program encourages a collective viewing experience and spurs public discussion, making it accessible both in urban centers and remote areas.
