Dussehra Celebrations Unite Delhi Amid Rainy Weather

Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta participated in Dussehra celebrations across the city, despite the rain. She attended events in Pitampura, performing traditional rituals, and emphasized the triumph of good over evil. Gupta encouraged citizens to be inspired by Lord Ram to combat social evils.

Braving the rain, Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta actively participated in the city's Dussehra celebrations on Thursday. Gupta was seen joining the festivities at Ramlila Ground in the Pitampura area within her Shalimar Bagh constituency.

She engaged in the traditional torching of the effigies of Ravan, Kumbhkaran, and Meghnad, symbolizing the age-old message that dharma, or righteousness, will ultimately conquer evil.

During the event, Gupta urged citizens to channel the spirit of Lord Ram in combating social evils, as she greeted the crowd and continued her participation in Dussehra festivities at various locations throughout Delhi.
