The event was marked by the announcement of the 26th Hornbill Festival, featuring partner countries Austria, Malta, Switzerland, Ireland, France, and the UK. Rio underscored the festival as a symbol of Nagaland's cultural pride and resilience, alongside showcasing the state's economic and infrastructural progress.

Rio also highlighted advancements in education, health, and urban development, including the Kohima Peace Memorial unveiling and land acquisitions for 'Nagaki City.'
