The NaMo Ghat, bustling since its inauguration on December 2 by UP Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, hosts high-profile attendees including Union Ministers and Tamil Nadu's Governor. The event centers on the theme 'Let us Learn Tamil - Tamil Karkalam', celebrating India's linguistic diversity.
Security enhancements feature 2,000 police on duty, three armed police companies, and speed boats for river surveillance. The deputy police commissioner noted the usage of modern European-standard boats and dedicated drone teams for added security.
