Unveiling Asia's Longest Ski Drag Lift: A New Chapter for Gulmarg

Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah inaugurated Asia's longest ski drag lift at Gulmarg, bolstering the region's skiing infrastructure. He also opened the world's highest revolving multi-purpose hall. These developments aim to position Gulmarg prominently on the international winter sports map.

In a significant development for winter sports, Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah inaugurated Asia's longest ski drag lift at Gulmarg. This new addition promises to significantly boost the skiing infrastructure at the renowned north Kashmir resort.

Additionally, Abdullah unveiled the world's highest revolving multi-purpose hall, located in the Affarwat area of the resort, which includes a restaurant. This hall is set to become a key attraction at Gulmarg.

These strategic enhancements aim to elevate Gulmarg's status on the international winter sports scene. The Chief Minister is also participating in the curtain raiser for the Adventure Tour Operators Association of India's annual convention.
