Helmed by Gowri Adappa, Co-founder and Principal Architect at A Design Co., and Chef Louis Gomes of The Table, the festival prioritizes timelessness in both food and spatial design.

The festival, taking place on January 10 and 11, 2026, at Signature Estates, showcases a range of contemporary furniture by Room Therapy Collective, Magari, and Urbane Outdoor, as well as artworks by Kalakriti Art Gallery and Dhi Artspace. This pop-up event embodies a dialogue between traditional practices and modern aesthetics.

With its intimate setting at Signature Estates, a 101-acre luxury community in Hyderabad, Palate by Design is not merely an event, but a journey through taste and texture, a blend of the old and new, curated by seven leading designers and chefs from India.
