Highlighting new entries from cities like Busan, Chengdu, Kanazawa, and Nishikawa, the list offers fresh surprises in the Asian dining scene. Seoul sets the pace with seven restaurants, including newcomer San, while Tokyo, Bangkok, and Singapore continue to dominate the rankings.
The rankings also celebrate debut entries like Chef 1996 in Beijing and Fiotto in Busan. This diversity underscores Asia's vast culinary landscape, as the region prepares to unveil its coveted top 50 list at a grand ceremony in Hong Kong on March 25, 2026.
