On his 187th death anniversary, initiatives like the Raghoji Bhangre Scholarship were declared to commemorate his fight against the British. Efforts to document 72 tribal greats' histories are ongoing through university-level collaborations.

Maharashtra minister Ashok Uike announced plans to include the life and exploits of Raghoji Bhangre in school textbooks, marking his 187th death anniversary.
During a function at Thane District Jail, Uike highlighted the state government's commitment to sharing Bhangre's revolutionary history with the younger generation.
The tribal development department also introduced the 'Raghoji Bhangre Scholarship' while efforts to compile tribal histories are underway.
