A tragic incident unfolded in Prayagraj's Chhampian Gali, where a woman made the ultimate sacrifice to save her children from a fire. The blaze started in a crockery shop, spreading to the floors above.
Identified as Archana Kesarwani, 38, the woman was on the terrace with her three young children. Despite being trapped by the smoke for nearly 30 minutes, she managed to hand her infant to neighbors and escort her daughters to safety using a makeshift ladder.
Unfortunately, Kesarwani sustained severe burns and succumbed to her injuries at a hospital. The incident is a somber reminder of a mother's selflessness and bravery in the face of overwhelming danger.
