Grammy-winning singer-songwriter Charli XCX has announced the release of her upcoming album, 'Music, Fashion, Film', slated for release on July 24. The album features an array of prominent figures on its cover, including music legend John Cale, fashion designer Marc Jacobs, and iconic filmmaker Martin Scorsese, as revealed by People magazine.

The striking black-and-white cover image, captured by photographer and director Aidan Zamiri, marks Charli's second album in a row to omit her own likeness, following the 2024 release of 'Brat'. This project signifies a departure from her recent electronic dance sound, with the inclusion of singles like 'Rock Music' and 'SS26' that hint at a more rock-influenced direction.

Charli XCX described her motivation for not following Brat directly in an April interview. She emphasized her intent to pivot creatively, stating, 'It's fun to flip the form... We've consciously ensured the work doesn't veer into being too macho.' The album promises to showcase Charli's experimental spirit and readiness to defy musical norms, inviting fans into another dimension of her artistry.
