Astros place All-Star RHP Morton on DL

The Houston Astros placed All-Star right-hander Charlie Morton on the 10-day disabled list Wednesday with right shoulder discomfort.

Morton is 13-3 this season and leads the American League with a .813 winning percentage. He ranks third on the team with 185 strikeouts and is seventh in the AL with a 3.14 ERA.
