Delhi High court grants bail to Kashmiri businessman Zahoor Watali, who was accused in J&K terror funding case.
A personal bail bond of Rs 2 lakh rupees with two surety of the same amount has to submit by him along with his passport. He has been lodged in Tihar jail since his arrest on August 2017.
