Republican chairman wants US to increase pressure on Russia for 'aggressive acts'

WASHINGTON, Sept 13 (Reuters) - The Republican chairman of the U.S. House of Representatives Foreign Affairs Committee said on Thursday the United States should be doing more to hold Russia accountable for "aggressive acts."

In prepared remarks for a hearing on U.S. sanctions policy, Representative Ed Royce also said he was very concerned that the U.S. "maximum pressure" policy over North Korea's nuclear program is faltering.
