Russian Committee says bomb set off in school cafeteria, victims mostly teenagers

A blast at a college in the Crimean port city of Kerch was caused by a bomb packed with metal objects that were set off in the building's cafeteria, the Russian Investigative Committee said on Wednesday.
The majority of the victims were teenagers, it said.
A witness told Reuters that schools and kindergartens in Kerch were being evacuated after the blast.
