Finland's president had 'constructive' dialogue with China's Xi over pipeline damage

Finland's president Saul Niinisto on Wednesday held "constructive" talks with China's President Xi Jinping regarding the damage to the Balticconnector gas pipeline between Finland and Estonia, he said in a statement on Wednesday.
