Kremlin: sanctions on Russian metals have destabilised markets

Russia considers Western sanctions on Russian metals completely illegal and they have already destabilised prices on global markets, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said on Monday.
Peskov told a briefing that such sanctions were a double-edged sword and could hurt those who introduce them.
