Holding a 51% stake, this strategic decision underscores RMC's dedication to broadening its presence in the renewable energy sector and facilitating India's shift to sustainable energy solutions.

India, the third-largest energy consumer globally, has set an ambitious goal of achieving 500 GW of non-fossil fuel-based energy by 2030 under the Panchamrit initiative. This move by RMC aligns with the country's broader mission to lead the world in renewable energy expansion, reinforcing a commitment to a greener future.

RMC Green Energy Private Limited is poised to engage in extensive activities within the renewable energy domain.
