CM Yadav Urges National Flag Hoisting from August 9, Highlights Role of Nationalist Parties

Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Mohan Yadav on Tuesday called Independence Day and Republic Day the most significant occasions of the year, urging citizens to hoist the national flag from August 9 to inspire societal awakening.
Speaking at a party office in Bhopal, Yadav emphasized the importance of national pride and compared India's steadfast democracy to the political instability seen in neighboring countries like Bangladesh, Pakistan, and Sri Lanka. He credited the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi for strengthening Indian democracy, likening Modi's three terms to Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru's tenure.
Yadav also announced that all 55 district headquarters in Madhya Pradesh would celebrate Independence Day with their own police bands. Additionally, in light of the upcoming Raksha Bandhan on August 19, the state will host programs at 25,000 locations on August 10, distributing Rs 1500 to Laldli Behnas.
