Haryana Transport Minister Aseem Goyal participated in a 'Safe Vehicle Workshop' in Ambala, aimed at educating school bus drivers about traffic rules. Goyal was the chief guest at the event, which was held by the Haryana Transport Department in collaboration with the Red Cross Society of Ambala.
Speaking to the media, Goyal highlighted the importance of the workshop, organized to train bus drivers and conductors from private schools. 'After parents and teachers, these drivers are responsible for the safety of children. I commend the Haryana Progressive School Conference for this initiative,' he stated.
Commenting on the recent directive to replace 'Good Morning' with 'Jai Hind' in schools, Goyal praised the move initiated by the Chief Minister and Education Minister of Haryana. 'This change will foster a sense of nationalism among students,' Goyal remarked. The Haryana Government's new greetings policy for government schools will take effect from August 15.
