Goa Chief Minister Pramod Sawant participated in a bike rally known as Tiranga Yatra in Pali Sankhali on Sunday. The event, organized under the Har Ghar Tiranga campaign, is part of the Independence Day celebrations coordinated by the BJP across the country.
Speaking on the occasion, Sawant said, "The Har Ghar Tiranga campaign is being organized to instill a feeling of 'Nation First' among the youth. Thousands have participated, and we will continue to hold Tiranga Yatras in every constituency to ensure that the national flag is displayed on every house."
The campaign aligns with Prime Minister Narendra Modi's vision of Viksit Bharat 2047. The BJP has urged citizens to hoist the tricolour on homes, shops, and offices as part of the initiative. Modi has also called on citizens to take part in the campaign in his 112th 'Mann Ki Baat' address, highlighting its significance in celebrating India's 75th year of independence and promoting awareness about the national flag.
