Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini emphasized the importance of hoisting the Tricolour to honor India's martyrs and uphold the nation's pride and identity. Speaking at an event in Kalka, Panchkula, CM Saini urged citizens to participate in Prime Minister Narendra Modi's 'Har Ghar Tiranga' campaign by displaying the National Flag at their homes and establishments, thereby contributing to the vision of a new India inspired by the heroic sacrifices of freedom fighters.

During the event, CM Saini also flagged off the Tiranga Yatra, rallying participants with slogans of 'Bharat Mata Ki Jai.' The yatra, which concluded at the Shri Kali Mata Temple, was preceded by the Chief Minister's visit to the historic temple and the Gurudwara Sahib to seek blessings.

In his address, CM Saini highlighted Independence Day as a time to remember and honor the martyrs who fought for India's freedom. He reiterated PM Modi's appeal for citizens to hoist the National Flag in a gesture of respect and remembrance. CM Saini also lauded PM Modi's vision of transforming India into a developed nation by 2047, noting that Haryana remains fully committed to this goal with active participation from its citizens. He mentioned various welfare schemes launched by the Prime Minister, including the 'Ek Pedh Maa Ke Naam' campaign for environmental conservation and the international promotion of yoga.
