Ukraine Under Attack: Drones and Missiles Unleashed Overnight

Russia launched 38 drones and two missiles at Ukraine overnight, with 30 drones destroyed by Ukraine's air force. The attack caused injuries, and damages to power lines, gas pipelines, a hospital, residential buildings, and cars across various regions. Increased attacks have followed Ukraine's incursion into Russia's Kursk region.

Russia launched 38 attack drones and two Iskander-M ballistic missiles at Ukraine overnight, according to Ukraine's air force on Tuesday.

Thirty of the drones were destroyed over eight Ukrainian regions, the air force reported on Telegram. The fate of the remaining drones and missiles remains unclear. Sumy authorities reported one injury, damage to a power line and gas pipeline, leaving parts of Sumy without electricity and gas.

The attack also damaged a hospital and several cars in the region. Russia has increased its assaults on northern Ukraine following Ukraine's incursion into Russia’s Kursk region.

Chernihiv governor Vyacheslav Chaus said civilian infrastructure was targeted, reporting no casualties. In the central Vinnytsia region, a residential building was damaged with no casualties. Mykolaiv also saw building damage, regional governor Vitaliy Kim reported.
