One Dead, Two Injured in Haridwar-Jammu Bus Accident in Ludhiana

A bus accident in Ludhiana resulted in one death and two injuries. Dr Harpreet Singh confirmed a truck hit the bus after a tyre puncture. 35 people were brought to the hospital, with two referred to other facilities.

One person was killed and two others injured after a bus en route from Haridwar to Jammu got into an accident. According to Dr Harpreet Singh, SMO at Civil Hospital in Ludhiana, the second tyre of the bus was punctured, and as the driver was changing it, a truck collided with the bus. The incident unfolded quickly.

A total of 35 passengers were rushed to the hospital, with two being referred to another facility. Dr Singh disclosed that the accident occurred at around 3:30 am. One individual died on-site, while the bus driver sustained spinal injuries, and the conductor also received injuries. Both are under treatment, and their family members are en route to the hospital. Other passengers with minor injuries were treated and discharged.
