Suzlon's Leadership in Wind Energy Solidified with New Order from Oyster Renewable

Suzlon Group announced on Wednesday that it has secured a significant repeat order from Oyster Renewable, highlighting its dominance in India's wind energy sector. The deal involves the supply of 64 wind turbine generators, each with a capacity of 3.15 megawatts.
This contract will see the deployment of Suzlon's S144 series wind turbine generators with advanced Hybrid Lattice Towers in Madhya Pradesh, as stated by the company. With the addition of this 201.6 MW order, the partnership between Suzlon and Oyster Renewable now stands at an impressive 283.5 MW in the state within a span of just nine months.
Girish Tanti, Vice Chairman of Suzlon Group, expressed that Oyster's choice to continue with Suzlon for embarking on an EPC order further cements their position as an industry-leading renewable energy partner. Suzlon, with approximately 20.9 GW of wind energy capacity spread across 17 countries, is a formidable global player in renewable energy solutions.
