Power Mech Projects has announced a significant new contract worth Rs 164.63 crore secured for the 1600 MW DVC Koderma Thermal Power Station Phase-II project. The engineering procurement construction (EPC) initiative was awarded by state-owned BHEL.

The company revealed that the order will be completed within 30 months from the issuance of the letter of award (LOA), as specified in a regulatory statement. The project involves a comprehensive scope, including design and engineering, mandatory spares, and civil works, with BHEL overseeing the main supply.

This order represents a significant achievement for Power Mech Projects, highlighting its expertise in thermal power projects and strengthening its portfolio with the 2 X 800 MW DVC Koderma TPS Phase-II EPC undertaking.
