Adani Green Energy has announced a significant win as its subsidiary, Adani Saur Urja, secured a contract with the Uttar Pradesh Power Corporation Limited (UPPCL). The contract involves procurement of 1,250 MW capacity from pumped hydro storage projects, marking a notable achievement for the company in the renewable energy sector.
The acquisition of this significant capacity was made possible through the e-Reverse Auction conducted by UPPCL, as stated in the company's regulatory filing.
The financial details reveal that the Annual Fixed Cost associated with this project will be Rs 76,53,226 per MW per annum, excluding taxes, for a duration of 40 years from the commercial operation date.
