Pune Luxury Car Obscenity Case: Court Extends Custody, Investigations Deepen

Gaurav Ahuja received an additional day in police custody, while his co-accused, Bhagyesh Oswal, was remanded to judicial custody for 14 days.

During the proceedings, the police disclosed that they had recovered the BMW implicated in the incident, driven by Ahuja, and that it has been subjected to forensic analysis. The court was informed that the car's number plate was visibly damaged, prompting the addition of a charge under Section 238 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) to the existing FIR.
