India's Decisive Action: Operation Sindoor Targets Terrorist Camps

On Wednesday, Jaipur was a hub of activity as a comprehensive mock drill unfolded on MI Road, part of a nationwide exercise initiated by the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA). The exercise aimed at assessing emergency preparedness across states and union territories in response to modern threats. Jaipur Collector Jitendra Soni noted the coordinated efforts among various departments during the drill, which was conducted at the BSNL Principal General Manager's office.
In Rajasthan, the drill mirrored activities in major cities like Delhi, Mumbai, and Bengaluru. Meanwhile, the Indian Armed Forces executed 'Operation Sindoor,' striking terrorist camps in Pakistan and PoJK in retaliation for the Pahalgam attack that claimed 26 lives. Foreign Secretary Vikram Misri and military officials briefed the media on the operation's success in ensuring there was no civilian collateral damage.
Wing Commander Vyomika Singh highlighted the targeted destruction of nine terror sites and the significance of selecting locations to minimize civilian harm. Col Sofiya Qureshi presented visuals capturing the operation's impact, noting how the sites included infamous training grounds for terrorists linked to past attacks on Indian soil. The operation underscores India's commitment to safeguarding national safety and stability.
