Punjab's Yoga Revolution: AAP's 'Rangla Punjab' Mission Gains Momentum

Punjab Health Minister Dr Balbir Singh praised the success of the 'CM Di Yogshala' initiative, thanking Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann and AAP National Convenor Arvind Kejriwal for their pivotal roles. This program, part of the 'Rangla Punjab' mission, has encouraged nearly two lakh people across Punjab to practice Yoga daily, highlighting its influence on public health.
Following a Yoga event in Jalandhar, Dr Singh stated, "I congratulate the Chief Minister and AAP Convenor Arvind Kejriwal for 'CM Di Yogshala', where around 2 lakh people practice Yoga daily. It's a significant step in promoting health." The program boasts Yoga sessions at 4,581 sites across Punjab, demonstrating its widespread adoption.
Meanwhile, preparations for International Yoga Day are in full swing, as the Indian Army organized a session in Akhnoor, and Visakhapatnam is poised to host a grand event with Prime Minister Narendra Modi's participation. Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu is also expected to attend, with massive arrangements in place for the anticipated five lakh attendees along Visakhapatnam's coastal road.
