Chief Justice of India BR Gavai lauded the Indian Constitution at the Milan Court of Appeal in Italy, describing it as a force for social change and a protector of the vulnerable. Delivering a lecture on the role of the Constitution in achieving socio-economic justice, CJI Gavai celebrated the Constitution's 75-year journey as a narrative of ambitious goals and landmark successes.
