Himani Sood, Founder of NID Foundation and Pro Chancellor of Chandigarh University, commended the government's sustained reforms over the past decade. She noted an 8-university addition this year and celebrated the Prime Minister's acknowledgment of this educational progression as a remarkable journey of innovation and commitment.

India's rise in QS rankings is attributed to employer and academic reputation strengths, amplified by policies like the National Education Policy (NEP). Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan highlighted this success as a testament to the transformative reforms initiated over the last decade, leading to an increase from 11 to 54 institutions.
